In essence, although we may meet someone by chance and find ourselves swept away and falling in love with him or her, it is a choice to sustain that love. Having a crush on someone and feeling those new exciting feelings when you first meet him or her is easy. What makes true love work and last, is the choice to work on that love every day. Really loving someone requires effort. It’s not something guided by fate; rather you must make the choice to continue to love that person each and every day. Some days it’s harder to like someone. Those are the days when choice becomes more important than chance.. Those are the days when effort is more important than fate. It may not be up to a person whether or not they fall in love; but it’s up to them to sustain that loving feeling.
